Nelson's under 14s rounded off their superb Warburtons League season on Sunday.

Having claimed the title with a narrow win over nearest rivals Todmorden Borough on the 16th, Nelson's under 14's wrapped up their campaign in tremendous style with two emphatic victories.

Brierfield Celtic were thrashed by six goals to nil last Thursday night, and yesterday they travelled to basement boys Bacup Borough and finished off with a resounding 5-0 win.

It meant the Blues finished their campaign having won 13 of their 16 league games, losing just one, and conceding only four goals all season.
