Nelson have been drawn away to Squires Gate in the First Round of the F.A. Vase.
It's another familiar side for the Blues, one who visited Victoria Park in a pre-season friendly and won 3-1.Squires are a team we have met frequently in the league over the years before their promotion to the First Division in 2001/2. Our last league meeting in Blackpool ended with a 3-2 win for the Tangerines that season, which completed the double for them following a 3-0 victory at Victoria Park.
We'll hope to put that little record straight on Saturday 18th October at 3pm.
