Player presentations will take place in the bar following the final match of the season at home to Glossop on Saturday evening.
It's expected to kick-off between 5.30pm and 6pm, lasting for an hour or so, and all fans are invited to stay behind and join in. And even follow the convey into Burnley later on for a night on the town if you so wish!
